With over 20 years of experience in movement and post-injury recovery, I’ve helped hundreds of women rebuild trust in their bodies.

My approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system balance to restore harmony between your body and mind. Every session, class, or programme is tailored to meet you where you are — helping you feel confident, calm, and strong from the inside out.
